Aviation
Triggered by the need of streamlining the management of global warranty claims, TA instituted the practise of analytics of aircraft maintenance data for Bombardier. This was done on the data generated by 85000 parts per aircraft across all the aircrafts globally generated by the crew, maintenance and engineering teams. This output later became an input for Bombardier’s design team.
eCommerce
For a New York based eCommerce client, created a dynamic dashboard to monitor sales and marketing and operations performance and KPIs in real time.
Healthcare
A leading pharmaceutical wanted actionable insights on sales vs promotions to build an optimised sales and distribution strategy. To arrive at the same prescription data collection was streamlined to run analytics to also get insights on prescriptions trends versus promotions across region and territories. It resulted in a 9% lift in non-discounted sales.
Retail
TA instituted sales and merchandise analytics for a leading grocery retail chain in southern India, partnering them in evolving the KPIs and streamlining data collection and analysis.
Consumer Electronics
A leading Japanese consumer electronics company was facing regular cyber security breaches. The cause was identified to be the multitude of consumer facing digital assets and properties built across countries without proper diligence and tracking methodology. TA enabled building the inventory of digital assets and then enabled optimization of the same which resulted in shutting down 10% apps and still getting better customer experience.
Financial Services
A leading financial services was selling the products through different companies(mutual funds, insurance etc) and targeting the same customer with different objectives with overlapping sales and marketing efforts leading to a harassed customer. A successful pilot was executed to create a ‘single view’ of the ‘group’ customer. This then enabled the group to identify their most valuable customer and market to them basis customer journeys.
Travel and Hospitality
Travel companies end up selling in the same manner through same channels to all kinds of customers – one off local holidays to high end international cruises. The sales and channel analytics threw key insights enabling the redesign of distribution channels – more in alignment with the high net worth families that the company was targeting.
